A Randwick unit block was experiencing recurring blockages due to an ageing and partially collapsed sewer line. After a CCTV inspection, our team excavated the driveway access, replaced the affected sewer main and reinstated the surface — minimising disruption for residents.
A busy Sydney hospitality venue needed a new cool room with associated drainage, hot water and gas works as part of a larger kitchen upgrade. We coordinated closely with the builder and electrician to complete the rough-in, fit-off and compliance testing on schedule.
A Wollongong site required new water and sewer service installations for a commercial development. Our team carried out the excavation, service location and installation of the new mains — delivering a compliant result ready for the next stage of the build.
