The bad reno stories almost always come back to plumbing-tiler sequencing. Pipe centres out by 20mm, wastes in the wrong spot, mixers set too deep into the wall, toilet flange off the tile line — these are rip-it-out-again problems. We set out rough-in to millimetre tolerances, sign off each stage with your tiler, and handle the bits most GCs won’t touch.
