Baulkham Hills is a 35–50 minute run up Windsor Road from our yard in typical Sydney traffic. Classic Hills District family homes — large blocks, double-storey brick builds mostly from the 80s and 90s, with newer infill more recently. Big homes mean big hot water systems, bigger bathrooms, and more complex plumbing layouts.
Big-home plumbing is where the Hills differs from the inner suburbs. Hot water replacements tend to be upsizes (24L/min to 32L/min continuous flow), bathroom renovations are bigger-budget, and leak detection on large slab homes is a regular call.
Mostly 80s–90s double-storey brick-veneer family homes on 600–900m² blocks. Bigger bathrooms, more fixtures, and more hot water demand than inner suburbs. Newer luxury-home infill has mains-pressure continuous-flow systems and high-end tapware.
