Epping is a 30–45 minute run up the M2 from our yard in typical Sydney traffic. It’s gone through a dramatic transformation over the past decade — the high-rise apartment build along Beecroft Road has given it a mini-CBD, while the established streets north and east still feature their original Federation and inter-war homes on big blocks. We work across both and the differences matter.
Epping is a regular route for us — mixed residential and commercial. The high-rise work often involves leak detection inside a unit above a downstairs complaint, which is exactly where thermal imaging and acoustic kit pay for themselves.
Federation and California bungalow homes in the older streets, inter-war brick homes through the middle, and a significant run of 20-storey-plus apartments around Beecroft Road and the station. Heritage-listed homes exist in the quieter streets — we handle all three categories.
